This Privacy Policy describes how developer UtiApps ("we", "us", or "our") manages user information in connection with our Android applications available on the Google Play Store, including USSD Pay, MicroFlow Utilities, EcoSync Contacts, and associated applications (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information Collection and Use

We believe in absolute transparency and user control. Our applications are built with privacy in mind:

  • No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or contact list.
  • Local-First Storage: Any settings, task schedules, conversion history, or address backups created in our apps are stored locally on your device's secure storage. We do not maintain any cloud databases or external servers for user records.
  • No User Account System: Our applications run without requiring you to create an account or sign in.

2. Device Permissions

Our applications may request specific system permissions to perform core operations. These permissions are accessed locally on your device, and no data is shared with us or third parties:

  • Contacts: Used solely to find duplicates and perform local backup files (e.g., in EcoSync Contacts).
  • Storage/Media Access: Used to export calendar backups or local files to your user-accessible directories.

3. Third-Party Services

Our apps do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, tracking libraries, or analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics) that profile your behavior. Your activities inside our apps remain entirely your own.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
