Developer UtiApps ("we", "us", or "our") is firmly dedicated to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information across our Android mobile applications (including USSD Tools, MicroFlow Utilities, and EcoSync Contacts) and our web licensing portal.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike traditional cloud SaaS platforms, our mobile applications function entirely offline:

• No Tracking or Analytics SDKs: Our mobile apps contain no tracking libraries (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or Facebook Pixel).
• No USSD Data Collection: In USSD Tools, carrier dial shortcuts and local notes are stored strictly on your device. No app data is transmitted to UtiApps servers.
• No Contact Harvesting: In EcoSync Contacts, your address book is inspected and deduplicated purely in device memory, and backups are written to your local file storage.

2. Billing & Payment Information (Paddle.com Merchant of Record)

When you purchase a software license or Pro access through our website, payment processing is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.

• Merchant of Record: Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest security certification in the payments industry.
• Data Processed by Paddle: During checkout, Paddle collects standard billing information necessary to complete the sale, calculate local sales taxes/VAT, and prevent fraud (e.g., your name, email address, payment card details, and billing country/IP).
• What UtiApps Receives: UtiApps only receives confirmation of your payment, your order ID, and your email address so that we can electronically dispatch your license key and provide technical support. We never receive, handle, or store your credit card or payment details.

3. System Permissions on Android Devices

Our applications only request explicit Android system permissions necessary to deliver the stated functionality:

• CALL_PHONE / Telecom APIs (USSD Tools): Required to initiate carrier MMI/USSD network dial requests selected by the user.
• READ_CONTACTS / WRITE_CONTACTS (EcoSync Contacts): Used strictly on-device to detect duplicate entries and export your offline address book.

4. Data Retention & Security

Any records created inside our mobile applications reside exclusively within the application’s private, sandbox storage on your Android device. If you uninstall the application, all local application data is erased immediately. Your order email and license record are retained securely only as long as necessary to provide warranty, activation, and support services.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR and Global Regulations

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or other applicable jurisdictions, you have specific data protection rights regarding the email address associated with your license:

• The right to access and receive a copy of your purchase record.
• The right to request rectification or deletion of your license email contact record.
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority.
