Why did a shortcut fail with an "MMI Code Error"?

If you receive a pop-up directly from Android stating your carrier's MMI code is invalid or connection dropped:

1. Verify that your cellular signal is strong.
2. Verify that Airplane Mode is disabled.
3. Review your selected SIM card. If a carrier shortcut belongs to SIM 2, but USSD Tools is instructed to dial via SIM 1, the carrier may reject it. Change this in the USSD Tools Settings tab.

How do I change the App Language?

USSD Tools officially supports both English and Arabic. Navigate to the Settings tab via the bottom navigation bar, tap App Language, and toggle your preferred language. The interface will instantly convert to LTR (Left-to-Right) or RTL (Right-to-Left) seamlessly.

Can I store personal QR codes?

You can store local reference notes and shortcut labels on your device. Avoid saving sensitive authentication values in labels or notes.

Can I review my past shortcut activity?

Yes. Tap the History tab located on the bottom navigation bar to view recent shortcut launches. This history is stored locally on your device.
